Nice easy pace. Did about 60-70% on the trails and grass and rest on the paved roads. felt good to be off pavement although my ankles are feeling the trails a little. I was hoping to get in 13+ but have a 5k race tomorrow so can't have dead legs or my time will be bad. Anyways, very sunny 60 degree day. I got covered in mud and had a blast.

    Thanks all for the good luck! Think your wishes helped today! Greg I am feeling pretty healthy this week and kicking the mileage back up this week again for the marathon training.
