good 5 mile recovery run albeit hills 5 mi 00:42 08:24 pace

was supposed to do a long run today but after the race yesterday and with the nasty rain I could only bring myself to do a 5-miler although it was a hilly 5 miles and better than nothing. I had the runner's high the first mile or two, which was awesome. Love that feeling when it's you out there running with the feeling that everything is as it should be and life is good. That's why running is my drug of choice!
