Won 2nd place overall female. Lost 1st by 30 seconds or so. Think I could have done better but I was out at a winery last night and didn't get to sleep til 1. Considering all that I am happy with my performance. Watch for pics of the trophy :)

Glad you were able to get a long run in on a race weekend, seems like you've recovered from your nagging injuries?

Thanks all for the good luck! Think your wishes helped today! Greg I am feeling pretty healthy this week and kicking the mileage back up this week again for the marathon training.

Pam, don't be afraid to use KT tape. A bunch of us have been using it with great results for the IT band syndrome. It cured me. ;-)

Tough hilly race in Cleveland flats. Very fun though even though it ends uphill! A couple minutes off where I wanted to be but not too bad I guess for two weeks in a row of tough hilly races.

Pam, no worries. This happens to people all the time, you are not alone. It sucks at first and then it is like a switch one day and everything is fine.
Keep your chin up, you are a great catch.
