    Wow, I didn't want to go out, but after I started running I felt totally zen. I didn't even notice the Fort Mason hill and didn't need to stop at the top. Back in the flow.

    In Seattle, stayed up late the night before... had to really motivate on the way back - and this is not a long distance. Sleep and hydration really make a difference (surprise!).
