    My first official road race! Goal was to run 10 minutes miles, and I hit 9:40, so I was happy. Felt like I was going to pass out afterwards however.

    Good early morning short run around the Dexter Training Grounds.

    Now that I'm down to a single 8 minute mile, I figure it's time to extend distance. Two ten minute miles felt good. Will try two 9.5 minute miles next.
