    it was good. a really odd run as I had an urge to do it at 4:30 a.m. I leashed Picasso and off we went.

      Thanks David. Yes, my biggest problem is slowing my pace. I'm getting the hang of it. Gonna try doing that thing I told you a while ago, different route each time.
