Couldn't wake up in the morning so I decided to go to the gym and run on the treadmill; I'm trying to do most of my running on the streets and trails instead of on the treadmill. Did a quick arm and shoulder before my run. I was really going to run 5+ miles but had to hold back and settle for 4.

    Good work. I prefer road & trails too. I only do treadmill when I not liking the weather outside or looking to pace myself with an exact time.

    Good workout. Yeah, I'm with you guys regarding the treadmill. Don't like it, but it's good to have when needed.
