    Really gave it my all on a hill coming home. Gave my self a real headache! Maybe that'll prove a point that I need to get in some more HIIT and movement exercises. Powered on strong though.

    Felt fab, wicked humid. My first day back out. Been dealing with some heavy depression lately it's that time of year for me. Trying to channel it back into running and riding.

    Good moved a ton of heavy stuff. Went to work and rode 6 horses today anyways. Very tired, 2 hours of sleep isn't cutting it.
