    Then walked about half a mile to the house.

    Run for the first two miles and walk/run for the rest. Was recovering after a spider bite. I was in pain and have been limping badly for three days.

      Thank you ladies. I feel a lot better now. Last night I was not sure if I could run any but I could! The worst part was to put the shoes on.
