great Saddle Brook approach 3.51 mi 00:40 11:27 pace

Thanks everyone. I cried most of the plane ride home on Tuesday, but now I'm feeling much better about everything. Yes, these things happen, and I need to figure out how to work around them. Onward to the next race!
