    Going to finish out this week with only upper body and next week I'll start training legs again... Probably start body weight/super low weight and see how the knee responds.

    Still not putting weight on my lower half... Well, except body weight for normal day to day stuff. I can feel the inflamed spot in my knee so I know I need to let it heal. All upper body again

    Same workout as Wednesday... Did some bodyweight squats and lunges but my knee protested. Going to give it some more time.

    Somehow I messed up my knee... No squatting until I can bend it pain free. So I just attacked my upper body and core instead!

    Deadlifting over 20lbs more than my body weight! That was really my only decent lift today...I felt really weak during my workout. I think my nutrition is off...

      That's some good deadlifting! That doesn't look weak to me, but I understand where you are coming from.
