10x200, 6x1000. Knew I couldn't be perfect because it's only two days removed from a marathon, but I was pretty happy. I was a little sluggish with the 200s, wanting to run 40 or 41 for each and running three 42s, but I was fairly happy with the 1000s. Wanted to run 3:51s or better and I went 3:49, 3:51, 3:56, 3:57, 3:54, 3:47. I almost quit the workout midway through the 200s when I ran those three 42s, so I'm glad I stuck with it.
