    blah Train 4 Autism 5K 3.12 mi 00:21 06:39 pace

Had a great time at Train 4 Autism's first race. So proud to be a part of a charity that has come so far since I joined four years ago. Individually, I'm not in very good shape right now.... read more

great race today Sam! I know your fitness level may not be what it has been in the past, but running @6:39 pace for a 5k is faster and better than most people - Keep it up!

I love the rain, as long as it's not 40F and raining or 85F and raining. Anything in the middle is fine by me. Nice miles!

    good Downingtown ... need to find ... 6.01 mi 00:48 07:56 pace

Started off at an easy, moderate pace and picked it up over the last three miles. Starting to feel like I'm getting a little bit back. Obviously a ways to go, but I have 107 days so I don'... read more

Great run Sam. It's hard to force yourself to keep the HR low but it's worth it. That's what I'm telling myself anyway after my snail's pace crawl yesterday. :-)
