I didn't have time to do yesterday's dailymission, so I went for it today. The plan was to run around my block as many times as I could in an hour. I ran a single block and started feeling a little uncomfortable. After a second block, I had to take a pit stop. Back out on the streets, I was able to knock out another eight laps before I felt so lousy I had to stop. I was going to throw up if I kept going. It's too bad I couldn't keep going. I was at 25:11 at 5K, I could've covered a lot of ground had I not quit.

Are you ill or is it that thing 2 years ago that whenever you ran you'd throw up? Either way, certainly hope you feel better, Mike!

500 meter swim. It parallels the shoreline so we will never be too far away from water where you can touch.
