      Oh sweet, brass knuckles come with lights on them now. Now I can say something like, "I'm gonna punch your lights out" before I hit people. *like* (side note - this is an excellent idea, runners with lights are my favorite kind of runners)

      Under the Radar is a great one ... usually 50 minutes or so of good indie or up-and-coming Christian music. But the rest of the podcasts on my rotation are all spoken word: Stuff You Should Know, Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, Ravi Zacharias, Grammar Girl, Outside Magazine ... it's quite a mix.
