    OMG! Zumba is amazing! I loved it! Only down fall was I forgot my water bottle and my sweat towel. Next time I will be prepared!!

    Wahoo! Had no problem getting to the 2min mark for jogging. The added minute was just the extra push I needed.

    Okay, ground breaking news...I did today's training in the am for the first time. Shins still hurt a whole bunch, but still hoping that they'll get better.
