    Great 5k today. I was feeling sluggish at the midway point, but I found some angry music on my ipod to push me through. Really happy with this, this is my best 5k time yet!

      Do you have a GPS watch? Best thing for non-treadmill pacing.

      Do you run with music? I sometimes use the podrunner podcasts/app which are set up to help you match your pace to the beat of he music. Or I just set up a playlist that is slower at the start. Also, remember that it ALWAYS SUCKS for the first mile!

      Owen had to do a detour Edworthy. They closed a section and he had to take the douglas fir trail, it was only 100m but it was 100m of vertical incline. hah This was a few weeks ago now.
