    Training for SPI next month.. Slow and steady. Longest distance in a very long while. Purposely running slower than I'm capable.. No stress fractures this time around.. I hope.

      Garmin syncs by clicking on Sync button at top of this page. Enter account info and the 2 sites talk to each other. Nike + works the same?

      Same reason that I can go out for an out-and back run and the wind is a headwind the entire time.
