Slow and easy run around mom's neighborhood. Left side hip flexor not feeling very good after about mile 3 and shoulder was complaining from holding the bottle - I was going to walk but that didn't feel any better, so just kept running. Right side IT band felt bad around mile 4 - glad there's no hills here! On the plus side, my feet felt great before, during, and after the run.
