8 minute warm up (1 mile), 16 minute hard 2.5 miles, .5 mile cool down. Left leg was still sore, radiating from below knee down to ankle, but speed and stamina seemed unaffected after first mile.

Last run before RTB NH. 4 miles relatively hard, not timed.

  10. RUN
    great 9 mile loop 9 mi 01:12 07:59 pace

Negative splits the whole way. Caught up to another runner who pushed his pace when he saw me. We ran a mile and a half at a 7 minute pace then slowed to 7:30 for the last couple miles. Great run.

Second run of the day, a few BIG hills in Swampscot. Good prep for Reach the Beach NH this weekend!
