good 4.29 mi 00:30 06:55 pace
Nice run this evening, the weather was tasty. I felt good, started out at a good tempo and held it. After my run I went down to Yoga Yoga for a little Kundalini Yoga. I was a nice evening.
-
I'm not familiar with very many types of Yoga, but Kundalini does have a lot of breathing exercises and some of them do include vocalizing. I'm new to Kundalini, but I am enjoying it.
