  1. blast! Didn't get my workout in. Oh well, carry on. Ill just pick up with day 8 of the 90 day challenge tomorrow. Two rest days this week.

    good Can't believe 3 miles feels l... 3 mi

    except for a 5 minute walk/cool down, I ran the entire distance. Glad I can still do it even though it wasn't fast or pretty. It's only my third run and definitely an improvement!

      I probably should have...now it's too late since I'd be pushing a combined 80 lbs! I settled for night runs after they were in bed.

      Kacie, I didn't realize you were back! So glad to see you have a healthy baby girl! I have two girls, 2 and 4. My 4yr old has started running with me a little and has her own little huaraches :) A marathon in the fall sounds like a great idea!
