    P90X chest and arms - used 7kg weights, was super tired but made sure I did 8-10reps booyahhh my triceps are not happy though

  2. training is going very well, picked up end of january and it has been smooth sailing, I forgot about daily mile oops Im back now

      Why don't you just have about 5 Hershey kisses....and eat 'em super slow. That'll be your non guilty choclate fix. :o)
