Had my standing mid-week Sharon Woods run with Brandon P. tonight. I was slated for an easy 6 since this is a fall back week but I should have known running with him we wouldn't keep it as slow as planned. We added in the 1.7ish trail at Sharon to keep us from having to repeat a lot of the paved loop. It added more hills but as my dear friend Karl H. would tell me... "it's just a hill, get over it." Lol. Good run tonight. Boot camp in the morning!
