Was planning on going to the Y but it was so nice out I did it outside. Went a bit faster than planned but it felt good. Didn't pay attention to Garmin so I didn't notice until after the fact. Quads are still a bit sore from my 14 miler but felt OK while running. I wanted to keep going but I've got boot camp tomorrow at 5:45am so I figured it was best to just stick to the plan.

Stick with the plan, my friend. :) I can't wait to get out tomorrow. With my 16 miler coming up and having just come off my 14 and spin today, I'm opting for easy miles instead of a tempo run. Going to relax and enjoy being alone.
