      I have to say, Run DMC is one of the best motivations ever! That and a good running partner to push you and keep you honest. My spring races are all signed up for... as soon as I get my bonus in March I'm signing up for Erie and Columbus and the Goofy Challenge. No excuses :-)

      One helluva job last night! Great splits and way to push yourself after two hard days at the Y.

  16. Officially registered last night for the Knoxville Half Marathon on April 1st. My spring race schedule is complete! A hilly half, a hilly full and a flat full all in the span of 7 weeks. Yikes.

      That is the best of both worlds. Rockin single, working mama who is training for a marathon, to boot. You are super woman!! I love having the indoor pool at the y. My kids have so much fun.
