Bell Rd. hills 5.99 mi 00:45 07:28 pace

Track was closed since it was being resurfaced so we hit some mile repeats off Bell Road. It took us a while to get started since we were driving around trying to avoid the hills and find another track but no go, we eventually talked ourselves into running the hill. Nice and easy on the uphills and opened things up on the downhill.

We even shared an awesome sunset in between reps! :o)
