The workout didn't look too bad on paper but those last 200s were tough. Met Johanna at the track a little later than normal and we had a nice pyramid on tonight's schedule (2x200, 2x400, 2x800, 1x1600 and back down). We also warmed up and cool down with an easy mile.
2x200:
2x400: 1:15, 1:17
2x800: 2:49, 2:52
1x1600: 5:58
2x800: 2:44, 2:43
2x400: 1:20, 1:14
2x200: :29, :30
Those hammies weren't happy afterwards but it was a fun little workout and always feel better after a run
