    This was my test to see if I'll be able to run my marathon on Sunday. I ran 1.5 mi and felt great. I walked back to avoid taxing myself too much. I'm looking forward to Sunday.

      If it makes you feel better I usually have an epically awful run a day or two before racing.

    I was amazed to see how much I could feel my sickness in this workout. My strength and stamina were both way down. But it felt good to do - my hips felt amazing afterward!

    Was feeling gross all day, but glad I went for a run. Wasn't up for speed but wanted a tough run so I went hill-crazy. It was a beautiful evening - warm enough to run in a t-shirt!
