Dread mill --- 5 mi 00:48 09:35 pace

I ran the dread mill to day I actually had a great time watching TV and joking with my self thinking of all the songs written with lyrics about tread mills like will it go round in circles and you spin me round- round, I'll tumble for ya ect... It was stupid but effective and all in all it lighted up my day... ?:)

    Ya and sometimes I have to confess I have secrete races-- with who ever is next to me, faster, higher, longer all I've got to beat them to the finish, where ever that is LOL...
