    I'm amazed I dropped 13 Lbs and my miles just shot up I really would love to get to 150lbs I am going to do speed work for the rest of the week and shoot for 9 miles next week....

      Fantastic run Alfred! I lost 15 lbs and got so much faster also! It's amazing and almost addicting. Don't lose too much too soon!
