    Therapeutic workout with hubby who underwent ESWL (extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy) last wed. He ran, walked, stopped and ran again. Mobilization is always encouraged after this procedure.

    Loved running/walking early in the morning in a semi-rural area near Laguna Bay. It's great to watch the world come to life. Since it's cold outside chap stick's imperative. It's my first 7k.
