  9. no... i haven't completely given up running. slacked off, yes... my garmin receiver broke so i can't upload any garmin data for now until i come across another ant stick!

      ah thats annoying.. not a cheap fix either but you can still use MapMyRun on your phone for now!

    Q1 - 1mi warmup, 8x400 @ 90-93s w/ 90s rest, 1mi cooldown ... originally was aiming for 95-100s intervals, but somehow i managed to hold a faster pace.
