Good - I made it through the week working out 5 days consistently! Tonight I am going to a Yoga class and Sunday I am walking with a friend. Next week my goal is to run 3-5 miles consistently every morning for at least 45 minutes. It feels great when I feel like I've accomplished my goals! :)

I need to incorporate some kind of cross training or stretching routines into my weekly workouts. Just so hard when I come home from running and have dinner to make and a family to take care of. I need some motivation to not just flop on the couch!
