  5. Okay friends any good tips on losing weight? I need to be healthier with my diet - it's hard having self control though! Going to be working out 5 days a week and will be trying to cut out the sugar.

      Only a few (and I "struggle" also)- burn more calories than you take in (a 1lb loss is somewhere around 3,000 calories). Also, eat high protein (I take supplements and eat plenty of chicken breasts) meals and cut carbs more than fat. It does work. Oh- one more thing- get plenty of sleep! There's a strong relationship between adequate sleep, recovery (prevents injury), and weight loss...
