best long run in months. Finally back down to the speed i want to be, for the third time in what, a year? Now the trick is not to get hurt. I signed up for a weight loss challenge through reddit so im hoping this will help me for the next 30 days. feels great, i'm so happy im back down to this, i can't wait to get faster
