To simply put it, this run sucked. I had to stop and walk at 3.5 miles to rest and to stop by home to get some water. Thought I was going to get sick. First time I've ever had to stop to walk. My legs were fine but I was having troubles breathing. My pace is disappointing but it does include my walk breaks. I only got 4 hours of sleep last night. Might have something to do with it.

That's a typical pace for me, so I think it's a great run! Sometimes that happens...we all have runs like that. It's what makes us stronger as well as appreciate the great runs more. Nice going!

Nice job on little sleep! That can definitely mess with not only your body, but with you mentally as well. Kudos for going home for the break and getting back out!
