    injured Trip in the O. C. 3.96 mi 00:33 08:12 pace

  7. RUN
good Hunt Club 7 mi 01:00 08:34 pace

Boring. But, I realized the treadmills can do a negative (downhill) incline! Game-changer.

  8. House finch singing a spring song in the sunshine this morning, very cheerful.

  9. RUN
good Melt, Damn You 15.01 mi 02:12 08:46 pace

Looks like Bank of America heard the complaints about last year's red-white-and-blue Shamrock Shuffle shirt that had NO YEAR ON IT.

I'm not getting this shirt… race falls on Spring Break and we are so out of here.

Supposedly Sträva will include photos from Instagram taken during your run, but it's never worked for me. Upload to dailymile always works. BECAUSE UPLOADING AN IMAGE JUST WORKS. Idiots.

A little something for Brian A.

    • Stephen R.

If tomorrow's forecast holds, we'll be a week below freezing. And a lot of that below zero.

@Stephen R--My frozen feet waiting for the train yesterday confirms the "dew point" numbers. Don't mess with Steve Skilling and his Accu Weather forecast. :o)

  20. Funny / gross story from last Thursday's treadmill workout at the gym: I'd forgotten my bag in the back of the car and my clothes were frozen stiff as a board. Parked in the garage!
