    Warm up, 3 km intervals with 3 minute rests: 7:30, 7:13, and 7:06. Then sweating furiously. The sun was strong.. it was tough trying to hit 7:00 for the last interval.

    Was worried about the heat and humidity, but by the end of the day the weather had cleared up and the humidity was less. Still *summer* but not a sauna. Beautiful clouds reflecting the setting sun.

    Odd miles easy, even miles faster. Ran the faster miles at 7:16, 7:21, at 7:10. Cooled off nicely this evening, but got dark fast once the sunset. Hard to run fast in the dark.
