  9. #dailymission I ran a 6:06 downhill mile with the wind at my back a couple of months ago. Middle of a six-mile run, so maybe I could go faster.

    Trees are flowering along Almond Road, very pretty. Alternated 10 x 200m sprints with walking : 5:57, 5:10, 5:12, 5:33, 5:21, 5:35, 5:33, 5:15, 5:43, 5:04 mile paces.

    Was supposed to me a "75 minute run" but I changed routes to avoid having to run 45 minutes into a stiff west wind. Tell the March wind to go away, he's not wanted in May anymore.
