On the treadmill! This run was actually so much easier than I expected. Ran with Lindsay H. and watched the Today show for just under 2 hours. Learned all about the world, chitchatted about current events, took only three breaks to stretch and do some weights but otherwise just cruised along. Found a nice pace and felt truly comfortable. I'm totally surprised - this was great!! :)
