I'm following a different program right now to get ready for a half marathon that I am doing in Austin, TX next month. It's a shorter more intense program since I only allowed 7 weeks to train. I hope I'm ready!

I use a gel (usually Clif, cuz they use great natural ingredients) for any run that's more than 7 or 8 miles, and it totally helps! Congrats on running 12 miles! And welcome to dailymile!
