First workout in almost a week. Went down hard with a stomach bug last Wednesday night and got so dehydrated I lost about 15 lbs! Thankfully I'm back to (mostly) normal. Set out after work to ease back into running with a cautious 4 miles. Wound up doing 4.3 miles in 38:10 with a quarter mile cooldown walk back to the house.
Felt great! So much so that i didn't even notice that each mile was slightly faster than the one before and by the time I finished I felt like I could have gone another 4. Not to mention the weather was perfect. I'll take it. Ready to get back on track.
