      Glad it's better but I wear the blister band aids for days after (I'm still wearing them from a week ago Tuesday). Pretty speedy today!

      First off, incredible run! Secondly, from all my blister experience...I'm clueless! Really have no idea why I get them, different shoes, different speed. Good luck! Hope it heals quickly!

      Your doing great just by getting back to it! Its been forever since i've ran and motivation wise I was scared to yesterday but with every day it gets a little better! By the way your mile is amazing!!! How did you get it so low??? Mine first time back is 15 (ouch).

      Thanks! I dont usually go at that quick a pace on purpose, but there was a guy on the other side of the street going the same direction as me and I didnt want him to pass me. I guess it motivated me to run a little faster than normal.
