  2. My brother just asked me to do a century ride with him later this year. Very proud of him! Guess I'll have to get the old bike out of storage.

      I propped the phone on the guardrail across the street, set the timer to 10 sec and added an extra long exposure to compensate for the lack of flash. the hardest part was staying still. took me 4 tries but i got it.

      Meredith, they teach capoeira at Lynx Academy on Kempsville in Va Beach. Not sure how much it costs, but I bet they wouldn't mind you sitting in on a music session or roda if you wanted to.

    Big timer chest workout. Nothing but compound movements. Heavy db presses, dips, incline Smith machine presses. Lateral db shoulder raises in between each exercise. 5 sets of each. Arms/Chest on fire!!
