    31:19 I am sooo tired of the treadmill and am ready for summer!!! Ran inside again today. Warmed up then did two faster miles with recovery in between. (9:10) (8:50)

    42:50 for 7K. Snowing and blowing outside so I ran on the TM this morning. I was shooting for 44:00 so I am very happy with my time. Now off to work and (hopefully!) a basketball game tonight :)
