Kelley's Island 5K! 3.13 mi 00:34 10:50 pace

I ran my very first 5K! And it was a PR, given that my normal best pace is in the 12 min mile range. As silly as it may sound, my goals had been to finish (not get kicked off the course) and to not be last in my age group. I have been sick a bit lately, so I wasn't positive my lungs were up to the task, but it was great! Now for 5K #2, with actual training!
