During my daughters swim practice- then it thundered..we had had to pick up the pace (xcept we were on a huge hill!) bc we knew they'd mke the kids get out of the pool...in thundering conditions..plus we didn't want to get hit! :) they are faster than me...I don't mind them going ahead ..they usually wait for me at the lights :) maybe I need intervals...
