Spin Spin Spin!!!

Today was HARD!!!! Spin is always hard, that's why I love it, but I just didn't have much juice today. I had to back off during a lot of sprints and climbs but I hung in for the whole class. gotta man up if I want to make it through the 90 min class on Friday ... EEK!


I don't have the guts to spin (actually no opportunity but even if I did I don't think I would) so great job kristy
