good Intervals on the TM 3 mi 00:42 14:00 pace

Missed spin and muscle conditioning so decided to take it out on the TM. Did 2.5 mi in 32 min with 5 warm up and cool down. 1 min run 2 min walk. 3 min run at the end followed by 2 min @ 10 incline! Every run bumped up the speed starting at 6mph ending at 8mph... have never ran that fast and it was hard but felt good. 10 min in the steam room after.
