Awesome class! Was going to do a BRICK today but got to the gym only to find my ipod battery was dead. Can't workout without tunes. Then realized the awesome instructor from yesterdays muscle conditioning was teaching the spin class in 15 min so signed up for that. Would have stayed for the entire 90 min (though I might have died) but had to get showered and prettied up for lunch with my hubby. I was already sweating buckets, did 10 or 15 min in the steam room and had a bullet from Quizno's with NO MAYO... what a good girl am I!!!
