good Muscle Conditioning 01:00

Today's instructor used dumbells only instead of barbells and it was TOUGH!!! She had a lot of energy and really pushed everyone. I am a lil frustrated at my decrease in strength but I worked hard. 5 min of pushups is KILLER... dont think I will be able to type tomorrow.
