ran on the TM... 5 min warmup, ran at 6mp for 2 then jogged for 2. Last 5 or so minutes had it at incline all the way up to 10 walking at 3 -3.5 (that was hard) then 5 min cool down. Felt AWESOME to run again. Going to have to build my endurance back up but I will get there!
